We lived on the farm south of Chisago City from marriage to 1987, when we bought the Barn Dance farm and moved there. We reside there still. We bought a home on Deer Lake in Wisconsin in 2000, thinking to retire there, but like the farm better, so here we'll remain.

I worked at Plastic Products from 1970 - 1977, quit and went to Ford Motor Company in May, 1977. After 25 years, I retired in 2002.

We have 5 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, and 5 step great-grandchildren.

My husband farmed and worked in the cities for 20 years. He still farms and plans to continue. We enjoy playing accordion, dancing, and raise purebred Boston terriers. I also sew quilts, and play accordion at nursing homes.

Celebrated 50 years of marriage in 2007, and have a wonderful husband and family.
